The 4th of July

I love the 4th of july, other than Christmas it is my favorite holiday. I got up and sewed beau a patriotic bow tie. I also made "goey chocolate coffee brownie cake" that was really the name of the brownies which were amazing. I made some frapachinos which were delish and went outside to work on my pottercast bow. Coco and elena came over, the 4th is elena's 16th birthday. we hung out, i changed into my blue dress with a red necklace to be patriotic. We went to meridian center and were disappointed because it had like four rides and everything was pricy. We sat under a tree and discussed buswona, apparently coco has told all of her friends about it. We came back home and talked outside. It was really nice because coco, Elena and i rarely hang out. We were joined by Liz, my parents and the dogs. And that is why i love the 4th, friends and family can celebrate summer, our nation and each other. Coco looked through my i-pod and remarked how i was turning into her. Juli and Halia came over and more crazyness commenced. We all went over to the page's and had dinner, sang along to mika and trashy music. The fireworks were amazing, like millions of diamonds shot into the air.

I was grocery shopping with my mother last night, (btw i noticed that only collage age guys shop at 9:00 at night, it is really awkward going into the toiletry area and being the only girl) I was enjoying a fab episode of PotterCast when they announced their summer tour with the whomping willow,the remus lupins. and guess where they are stopping? PITTSBURG!!! that is only four hours away! I did my happy dance in the parking lot and got odd looks but who cares because i am going to see pottercast for my birthday!!!! SQUEEEEE!!!!!

God really does listen to me. The cast of Arrested Development are going into Pre-production to create a full length movie. This has to be the best thing ever. Ever.

Oh dear god.

so so so so so so frekin tired on so may levels.
1. physically, lots of biking and running after small children
2. mentally , if i have to scream "thats what she said" in my head after a seemingly innocent remark ("i thought it would be really hard, but it was easy")
3. physically, the small children's parents did not have a lot fo food in the house, watching other people eat chicken noodle soup and show me which "shreck" character they got is not fun, especially when it has been four hours since you ate.
4. mentally: let me show you a convo (sc stands for small child)
sc 1 : *random chatter*
sc 2 : be quiet sc 1 !!
sc 1 : *keeps talking*
(sc 2's face becomes read and she nocks down her stick house)
sc 2 : JUST BE QUIET SC 2, LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO!!
sc 1: how did my talking make you break your house?
sc 2: SHUT UP, I CANT CONCENTRATE WHEN PEOPLE ARE TALKING! (kicks sc 1)
(random screaming and fighting continues)
Alice: sc 1 , let go of her, sc 2 , when you get upset it makes him do it more, if you ignore him he will stop it
(both become quiet)
Sc 1: *makes quiet animal noise*
Sc 2. STOP IT!!! (NOCKS DOWN HIS HOUSE) YOU RUIN EVERYTHING, BE QUIET NOW!.......ECT!!
(alice contemplates taping their mouth's shut)


now imagine that happening at least six times with elevating amounts of violence and screaming, with little sleep and over eight hours of child care. the result? my sanity and temper are gone
