Last night i saw the dark knight (fantastic by the way) and i was thinking, maybe the reason that America is so obsessed with super heroes is that we need to be saved. And that got me thinking about myself, that my addictive personality (i rarely ever just like something) and my obsession in tv and books is mostly because i with my life were more exciting, and when i read or watch i don't have to think about my life, because i am so involved in someone else's. I am distracted from my own problems by ones that i know I'll be solved by the end of the book or episode. I want to start living my life, not someone else's. Sometimes the two merge, for example, for my birthday my mom is taking me to pittsburg to see a live pottercast with wizard rock. It is my experience in my life but i can also indulge in other people's lives. Of courcs maybe i am over analyzing my self, maybe they are just really good books/shows. but the real issue right now is what i am going to eat for lunch.
